Tau Chapter of the University of Florida invites you to the 2011 Alpha Phi Omega Region IV Conference. Mark your calendar from Wednesday, December 28th to Friday, December 30th!

There are two steps needed to register for the conference.

1. Please complete the registration form found here.

2. Please make your payment for the registration fee either by clicking the following PayPal link or by mailing a check to Tau Chapter.

Service Projects

1. Penny Wars

The 2011 Region IV Conference will have a penny war competition between all of the sections in the region. All proceeds will be donated to the Alachua County PEP Club, which is an HIV/AIDS Support Group. For more information about this amazing organization, please go to http://www.doh.state.fl.us/chdAlachua/hiv/313HIV/support_groups.html .

We will have three updates on the sections’ standings on first of October, November, and December. Section standings, as well as literature regarding HIV and AIDS, will be updated on the conference Twitter account, @APO_RegionIVCon .Please mail and make checks payable to:

You may also use Paypal by sending donations to “region.iv.conference@gmail.com” (Chelsey Jarrell). Please be sure to enter your section and “penny war” in the memo line. We do, however, suggest that you please use snail mail, as it ensures all of your contributions are donated, since Paypal does have a small convenience charge for every transaction.

Please note that these donations will count towards your section. Be sure to indicate both your chapter and section. Throughout the actual conference, bring silver coins and dollars to hurt your opposing sections and contribute pennies to yours. The winning section will be announced at the conclusion of the conference.
